The farewell programme for the outgoing students of Class 10 was held on 8th March 2025 at Urwa church hall with great enthusiasm and heartfelt emotions. The event was organized by the students and teachers of Class 8 and 9.
The programme began with a solemn prayer service led by the students of Class 8A and 8B, invoking blessings for the future endeavors of the outgoing students. Following this, a vibrant welcome dance by the students of Class 9 set a cheerful tone for the event.
The welcome speech was delivered by former ASPL, Leston Sherwin D’Souza, who warmly greeted the gathering and expressed gratitude to the teachers and students for making the event special. A felicitation song by the students of Class 9 added a touch of sentiment and appreciation for the Class 10 students. This was followed by an entertainment dance that lifted the spirits of everyone present.
The Correspondent, Rev. Fr. Benjamin Pinto, delivered an inspiring message, encouraging the students to strive for excellence in their future pursuits. The Headmaster, Mr. Aloysius D’Souza, also addressed the gathering, praising the outgoing students for their hard work and dedication.
A special moment of the event was the welcoming of the newly appointed SPL, Surabi, and ASPL, Sneha, marking the beginning of their leadership journey. The highlight of the programme was the distribution of mementos and certificates to all the Class 10 students, as a token of appreciation and remembrance.
The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by former SPL, Pravijya, who expressed gratitude to all those who contributed to making the event successful. As a gesture of love and appreciation, refreshments and ice cream were served to all the students, their parents, and the dignitaries present.
The event ended on a joyful note with a group photo, capturing the beautiful memories of the day. The farewell programme was a perfect blend of emotions, celebration, and nostalgia, leaving a lasting impression on everyone’s hearts.
