The Christmas spirit came alive at St. Aloysius English Medium School, Urwa, on 23rd December 2024, with a vibrant and meaningful celebration organized by the students of Class 9A and 9B. The event was a joyful expression of unity, creativity, and the true essence of Christmas.
The program began with the prayer service, followed by a series of engaging activities that celebrated the festive season.
Correspondent Rev. Fr. Benjamin Pinto delivered an inspiring Christmas message, emphasizing the values of love, peace, and sharing, which are the essence of the season.
Headmaster Aloysius D’Souza also addressed the students, encouraging them to embody the spirit of Christmas through kindness and unity in their daily lives.
A unique and artistic Christmas tree was created using the handprints of students from nursery to class 10, as well as the handprints of teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and the headmaster. This creative project was meticulously crafted by members of the Art and Craft Club and became a symbol of collective effort and celebration.
The Christmas tree was proudly displayed in the school premises.
To spread the festive cheer, Christmas cake was distributed to the entire school community, bringing smiles to every student and staff member.
