School Cabinet Inaugural Programme

The School Cabinet Inaugural Programme for the academic year 2025–26 was held with great solemnity and enthusiasm on 20th June 2025, Friday, at the Urwa Church Hall. The programme commenced with a grand march-in led by the school band, accompanied by the dignitaries and the newly elected cabinet members, creating a sense of pride and discipline among the students.
The dignitaries on the dais included Correspondent Rev. Fr. Benjamin Pinto, Headmaster Aloysius D’Souza, Senior Teacher Mrs. Laveena D’Cunha, sir Ravishankar and Tr. Premilla Tauro. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp was done by the dignitaries, marking the beginning of the auspicious occasion.
The newly elected School Pupil Leader (SPL) Surabhi Gatty and Assistant SPL Sneha Kudva, along with the other cabinet members, took the oath of office, pledging to carry out their duties with sincerity, integrity, and dedication. The oath-taking ceremony was a solemn and inspiring moment that instilled a sense of responsibility among the young leaders.
Students from classes 8 to 10 along with the teachers were present for the occasion and witnessed the formal induction of their leaders. Correspondent Rev. Fr. Benjamin Pinto, in his message, encouraged the students to be role models and serve the school community with humility and discipline. Headmaster Sir Aloysius D’Souza also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of leadership, teamwork, and service.
The programme concluded on a positive note, with hope and enthusiasm for a fruitful academic year ahead under the able leadership of the newly formed student cabinet.
