On November 1st, students from Class VI A and B presented a Kannada Rajyothsava programme to honor the formation day of Karnataka and celebrate the rich heritage of the Kannada language. The program, organized with enthusiasm and pride, highlighted the importance of Karnataka’s cultural legacy and the unity of its people.
 
Charishma from Class VI led the event as the Emcee, ensuring smooth transitions between segments and setting a respectful tone for the celebration.
The program began with a heartfelt prayer by Jhanvi, creating a solemn atmosphere and setting a reverent tone for the proceedings.
Sai Dishan, Ashton, Thanushka, Sejal, and Reethi each expressed special intentions for Karnataka’s prosperity, unity, and the well-being of its people, inspiring the audience with their thoughtful words.
Purshotham extended a warm welcome to all attendees, expressing pride in celebrating Kannada Rajyothsava together and emphasizing the importance of the day.
Chinmay, Hamsik, and Lakshmi gave a detailed overview of the significance of Kannada Rajyothsava, sharing insights into Karnataka’s journey as a state and the importance of preserving the Kannada language and culture.
Teacher Rose Dsouza shared an inspiring speech on the beauty and richness of the Kannada language, emphasizing its historical importance and urging everyone to take pride in and actively promote Kannada. Her words left a lasting impact, encouraging students and teachers alike to cherish their linguistic heritage.
Udhbav concluded the event by delivering the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the teachers, students, and all those who contributed to the successful execution of the programme. He thanked Teacher Rose Dsouza, as well as the guiding efforts of Lavina Pinto and Shanthi Lobo, for making the celebration memorable.
