June 21st 2024 St. Aloysius English Medium School, Urwa, celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from students, teachers, and the headmaster. The event commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the welcoming of knowledge and wisdom.
The ceremony was graced by Headmaster Mr. Aloysius D’Souza, Teacher Laveena D’cunha, Physical Training (PT) Teachers Mr. Sudhakar and Mr. Pramod N.
This solemn act marked the official beginning of the event and set a positive tone for the day’s activities.
